Shipping Policy
Free delivery on orders over 5000/-
Products shipped using leopard courier service in Pakistan.
We are responsible for safe delivery of products to customers. Replacement will be provided to customers in case of any damage during transit.
Refund Policy
Terms And Conditions:
- Our policy lasts 03 days. If 03 days have gone by since product delivery, unfortunately refund or exchange will not be accommodated.
- To secure Customer Protection Rights, Make video while
Unboxing the order. If seal (tape) opening is not Shown in the video, NO CLAIM such as DAMAGED or MISSING PRODUCT will be accepted. - In case of Refund, Only Value of products will be refunded. Delivery charges are non refundable.
- In case of any issue in order, WhatsApp us at +923313446490 with your (Name, Order Number, Unboxing Video, Issue in Order)
- Products on Clearance sale are Non Exchangeable & Non Refundable. No claim such as a damaged product will be accepted in this case.
- Customers will not have any right to demand for refund of delivery charges in any case.
- The amount for Refund claims will be processed within 03 working days after receiving the returned products and checking their condition. Products must not be in used condition (other than testing the product).
- Parcel has to be Sent back for return within 03 Days after delivery.
